1) Gambling + Excitement - if you're excited by the actual trade you need to realise that excitement isn't going to help you in the long run.
2) No Strategy - if you don't have a strategy you will keep getting distracted by so much stuff.  You will end up trading every little thing you see.
3) Boredom - you will never make money in the long term if you're trading out of boredom.
4) Desperate for money - trading is not the answer to all your needs.
5) Enthusiasm (passion). The key for succesful traders is strike the right oppotinity not every moves.
6) Lack of patience
7) Revenge

How to Fix:

1)  No trade the next dayor only 2times

2) Get an accountability group or partner.  If you have a trading buddy whom you can bounce off or someone you can be accountable to this will help you with the discipline.
